Judo is an Olympic and Commonwealth Games sport where you attempt to throw or pin your opponent to the ground with a range of grappling techniques. It is designed to be practised by all ages - both male and female. Judo would appeal to anyone interested in learning self-defence techniques, developing self-confidence, improving balance and co-ordination and increasing physical fitness in a friendly supportive way. All are welcome.
